We had decided the day before that we would be going to PS Mall yesterday to look for the latest collection of designers handbags. Rain or shine. Alas, we forgot that we are living in a tropical country. There's thunderstorm to consider as well. We could brave rain or shine, but when it comes to thunderstorm, we have to surrender. No matter how much meruap-ruap the desire inside to go shopping in PS Mall, we had to contain the desire. Gila kau hujan dari kiri kanan atas bawah. Kosser you!
Since PS Mall was out of question, we had to come out with another plan. Going home straight away from work was a definite no. But at the same time we were not brave enough to swim in the traffic jam that would be caused by the torrential rain, should we choose to go shopping somewhere in the city. Hence, we decided that it's best if we were to just take the route home, and stop at any shopping place convenience and not out of the way.
The decision took us to Giant Supermarket. Hampeh! Well.. nak buek camno kan.. itu yo tompek takdo jem do. We took a basket, and started to walk from alley to alley, with no shopping list. Dasar. No alley missed our attention.
From an empty basket, we started to fill it up with things that we can live without. 2 pieces of toothbrush (ok, they were needed), 3 packets of biscuits, 2 bars of chocolate, 1 pack of chicken burger, 1 packet of fishballs and 1 loaf of bread. Kerugian was more than RM40. Huh! Kalau balik terus je, harus leh simpan duit tu untuk ke Bandung nanti.. Huhuhuhuhuuuu.. Blame it on the rain!!
As I am writing this, the sky looks dark. Another torrential rain is coming to town. God bless.
