I am sooooo missing my Gdeb :(
Although it's fun to be away from work and I should be having fun, there's someone that I really missed and he's back home. Huhuhuuuu.. If only he is here, this trip would be much more merrier. At the moment he is struggling with work, completing his projects and I know have so little time to miss me. That's ok. I just hope that all is well with him. I left him when he was not feeling well, and hopefully he is in the pink of health now, ye Babe?
Besides him, I am missing the kids also. Huhuhuhuu..
Before I left, Alia sibuk call. Dia ingat aku nak gi "UF". Adam betulkan, kata "US". Pastu diorang gaduh, and Adam told Alia to ask me to take picture of "bendera", leh? Bila aku tanya mama diorang, mama diorang kata, Adam soh amik gamba bendera so that he can prove to Alia that there's no such country nama "UF" tapi Aunty dia ni gi "US". Kekekeke.. Lawak le budak-budak tu. Pastu, hari tu dia call, then masa aku jawab, at the background dia tengah dok bagitau Adam soh dengar dial tone phone tu sebab bunyik lain. Yelah kan, little things matter to kids. Things we tend to take for granted or assume that they are understood by others.
And of course Emak. Emak ni kalau aku nak travel mana-mana, dia lebih sentimental. Siap pesan selamat jalan, selamat kembali. Pastu tadi sms aku Selamat Hari Raya. Huhuhuuu.. Sedih. Bodoh je kan? Macam lama nau, tapi biasak ah kan. Time sentimental. Time shopping, agak kurang je rasa sentimental tu. Kekekeke...
Oh.. back to my activity hari ni. Tadi aku dengan customer ni ke LA after training. Saje je le kan. Gi Walk of Fame punya area, pusing ke Rodeo Drive, gi Hard Rock Cafe. Tu je le yang ada pun. Nak tengok Beverly Hills golap dah masa tu. Oh, kitorang nampak ada ramai-ramai orang tengah beratur pastu macam ada press conference gitu. Tapi, ehem, acik ni tak kenal lah sapa artis yang diambil gambo tu. Member tu tanya le orang. Rupanya, Sheryl Crow depan mata tu. Dia ada konsert. Boleh? Nak tengok apa orang sibuk-sibuk, tapi tak tau sapa yang nak dispot! Kekekeke..
Oklah. Tu je for today. Tomorrow I hope I can do some shopping. And then figure out my return trip plan. Nak sewa kete then drive to LA, or naik flight, or nak naik Amtrak... Hmm..

Bersiaran dari San Diego
I am now officially in San Diego :) Weather now is berapa ntah. Tak reti aku nak convert Farenheit to Celcius. Tapi aku bajet-bajet dalam belas-belas Celcius gitu. Boleh? Kekekee.. Dalam 50+ Farenheit gitu. Siang dalam 72F. So kira sendiri le ye. Kira rasa macam dok dalam ofis, pasang aircond full blast. Aku suka. Nasib baik sini bukan Minneapolis ke. Mampos kena ribut salji gitu. Huhuhuuu.. This year snow came early lak kat sana. Aku teringat dua orang budak Melayu yang naik flight sama dengan aku. Dia nak ke Kansas City and Minneapolis. Dah le nak dapat visa punya payah. Dapat pun untuk setahun je. Pastu tak penah gi US lak tu. Dok saspen nak pegi, pastu macam rasa aku terer je gi sesorang. Diorang tanya aku gamaknya sejuk tak kat sana. Kekeke.. Aku kata, setahu aku LA tak le sejuk. Tapi tempat diorang tuju tu, idak le aku tau ada snowstorm nak melanda. Diorang pun aku rasa harus tak prepare about weather. Hamik! Entah-entah dok stuck kat airport mana-mana lak semalam. Sian.
The flight from BKK to LA was okay. Aku berjaya tido when I wanted to. The seats were good gak. Lapang. Even though orang depan reclined the seat, my space was still good. Leh lunjur full kaki aku. So kalau orang pendek dari aku, so much more comfortable le kan. Seat's size pun okay. Entah, I have actually forgotten how it feels like to from MAS. Entah-entah MAS pun sama kot? Every seats ada skrin kecik. Can choose movies sendiri. Ada dalam 20 movies to choose from aku rasa. Tu tak termasuk cite Thai. So oklah.
Food lak.. aku baru je puji dapat makanan best in the other entry. And guess what.. the same food was served on my BKK - LA route, boleh?? Huhuhuu.. Sebijik! Well, you win some you lose some gitu. Dapat makan 2 kali je. The second time tu okaylah. Dapat omelette dengan apantah.
Banyak gak turbulence dalam flight tu. Takat turbulence, macam naik kete kat jalan berlopak, aku tahan lagi. Aku tak tahan bila ada sudden drop macam naik roller coaster tu. Rasa macam cicir jantung lah. Nasib semalam tak banyak rasa gitu. Syukurrr alhamdulillah.
Flight arrived on time aku rasa. Entah. By then, I was already disoriented. Tak tahu local time sebab jam tak set lagi. Pastu kat immigration, lawak je orang tu soh aku bukak tudung so that leh kasi nampak telinga and dahi untuk amik gambo, boleh? Aku jawab le tak leh. Camana le nak bukak pun sebab pakai tudung yang sarung tu kan. Kalau pakai tudung bawal berpin gitu, boleh gak. Nasib bila aku kata tak boleh, orang tu tak banyak cakap. Kira senang gak lah aku masuk. Pastu tunggu kawan aku datang jemput. Then we headed to hotel kat Newport. Don't ask me where. It's somewhere south LA, north SD :)
Pagi ni, we went shopping untuk carik baju anak diorang dulu. Diorang datang laki bini. Best gitu. Anak tinggal kat umah. Then we had breakfast kat cafe nearby that place. Aku risau sebab I don't know which service to tip, which not. Payah.
Anyway, after that, we went to Carlsbad. One of the factory outlets kat sini. Tak abih pusing pun. Masuk kedai-kedai yang mencengkam jiwa aku je. Seperti Coach, Ralph Lauren, Tommy, Gap, Osh Kosh. Tu pun, tak dan nak pusing lama. Boleh? Kekeke.. Masalah kat sini, figure kat price tag tu "kecik" je. So macam tenanggg je bayar. Tapi kalau convert, agak urut dada gak lah kan. Tapiiiii... harus tak dapat harga yang sama kat Mesia tu. So rembat je le. Aku consult Wan, seperti biasa, dia punya respon selalu memberangsangkan.. Sungguh memahami. Hahahaha.. Layannnn..
Errr... adakah aku lupa tujuan aku ke mari? Hampirrrr deknonnnn... Tulahkan. Ni macam paid vacation lak. I guess esok onwards nak kena fokus kerja okkehhhh..!

On the way to San Diego
Waktu tempatan is one hour behind Malaysian time. Landed at about half an hour ago. Airport ni canggih gak. Nice. Tapi somehow rasa panas macam orang pasang heater in summer gitu. Macam over sangat nak kasi panas. Apa pesen, tak tau.
I took TG flight. Owh, I sooooo miss MAS. Tak tau nape. Maybe sebab aku rasa macam dekat dengan Malaysia kalau aku naik MAS. Maybe sebab rasa dok dalam “atmosphere yang macam Malaysia”. Entah. Padahal nak gi overseas, dak? Hik!
The good thing about taking flight yang bukan dari Muslim countries ni, is that you can request for halal food. And, the fact that your meal is a specially requested meal, you are going to get the meal much earlier before everyone else. Dah le time tu aku kebuluran. So, it’s just great.
The food served was not bad at all. Nasi apantah, dengan daging masak rendang. Then ada cold salad salmon and udang. Dessert pun best gak. So in total, it’s comparatively as good as MAS punya meal lah. Kopi dia pun sedap lah. Errr.. tapi tak tau nak compare dengan apa lah kan sebab dah lama gila tak naik MAS.
One nice thing about TG is the colours of the internal design of the flight. Seats dia colour pink, purple, orange. Sweet combination. I like! Teringat aku kat Delinn sebab macam combination colour dia gitu. And of course my favourites are also purple and orange. Nice.
Seats punya spacing pun okaylah luasnya. Kira untuk orang saiz aku, it’s quite comfortable.
Cuma tulah kan.. bahasa dia aku tak paham pun. Entah apa-apa entah yang diannouncekan. But then again, aku rasa mana-mana flight punya announcement pun asalkan boleh je kot.
Errr.. aku terlebih review pasal flight kah? Ekekekeke.. Somehow masa dalam flight tadi, tu suma aku observe, boleh? Siap wonder ada tak power point kat seats so that aku leh on laptop and still ada power bila sampai tempat transit. Yelah kan, I need to kill 5 damn long bloody hours. Nasib banyak benda nak tengok kat airport ni. Luas je. Takde le macam masa aku kat Chennai dulu. Sampai nak menanah bijik mata bosan. Kekekeek... exaggerate, occayy!
Security kat airport ni leh tahan gak. Kena kuarkan laptop dari beg laptop, bukak kasut bagai. Dah macam kat US lak.
Owh mata aku dah mula ngantuk ni. Pagi tadi siap packing suma and tido kul 2 pagi. Pastu kul 6 dah bangun. Saje bangun awal so that tido tak cukup and I can sleep in the long haul flight nanti.
Wan lak tak sihat kat rumah tu. Dari semalam macam nak demam. Hari ni macam gastrik. Dia hantar aku kat airport, pastu sebab tak tahan, dia chow dulu. Aku lak hantar dia ke kereta. Shiannn dia. I just hope that he gets well soon. Rasa tak best lak aku jauh-jauh gini and dia tak sihat. I feel wrong, but can’t do much lah kan.
Aku nak surf online lelama tapi aku tak paham apa pesen punya wireless kat airport ni lah. I am given a username and password. Pastu, kat instruction tu tulis: “Note: This access card will disconnect within 15 minutes and expire within 1 days after the first access”. So aku ada 15 mins of surfing time je ke? Takkan asik nak mintak access baru? Adeh. Tu pasal nak tulis ni kena tulis kat Words dulu, then baru aku log in. Kalau tak kang, time mengarang je dah abih usage, apa barang kan? Kosser!
Alrighty. That’s all for now. Ingat nak tulis banyak lagi, tapi later-laterlah ye. Owh by the way, aku tak bawak kamera aku. Too badlah kan. Bila travel for work gini, payah nak jaga macam-macam gadget. Mana nak jaga laptop, mana nak jaga kamera, kang suma tercicir. So terpaksalah korbankan kamera. Huhuhuuu.. Berharap dengan kamera BB aku tu je lah.

Menjelang Ramadhan
Bila nak masuk Ramadhan je, akan ada satu rasa keinsafan dalam diri aku. Don’t know why. Rasa macam nak jadik insan suci murni yang sentiasa mengagungkan Allah yang satu dan mencontohi junjungan kita Rasulullah S.A.W. Rasa macam nak beribadat je. Rasa macam nak isi masa dengan benda-benda berfaedah.
Itu rasa. Plan. Realitinya selalu lain. Huhuhuhuuu... It’s definitely not the setan yang menghasut. Definitely. Cuma mungkin setan tu dah sebati dalam jiwa kot. Tu yang kekadang tu lebih setan tanpa perlu ada setan. Maybe aku ni antara orang yang setan tak yah nak bekerja keras untuk menghasut kot. The least time needed to spend on me. Auto cruise je ikut kata-kata setan. Allah.
Anyway, kita mula dengan niat lah ye. Niat nak berubah sikit. Hopefully, dengan kedatangan Ramadhan tahun ni, aku dapat melipat gandakan usaha ke arah jalan Allah. Umur makin pendek ni. The plan is to do amalan yang wajib sebaik-baiknya dan buat amalan sunat sebanyak mungkin. Jauhi pembaziran. Alhamdulillah, that part so far for the past few years, there’s no problem. As long as aku jauhi pasar juadah, inshaallah aku jauhi pembaziran. Yang payah is to lawan mata lepas buka. Bagai ditarik-tarik je kelopak mata tu. Camno tu? Same thing with after Subuh. Nak tunggu waktu gi keje lambat lagi, tapi nak buat benda-benda berfaedah punyalah malas. Hish!
Aku plan nak buka puasa dengan kurma je dulu, pastu solat and tunggu lepas terawikh baru makan heavy. Plannnnn... Muehehehe.. Boleh jadik ke tak, tak tau. Yang pasti, kalau makan time buka tu, alamatnya hidayat le bila nak gi terawikh. Nak buat 8 rakaat pun macam nak perang. Dasar sangat kan?
I think I should keep on reminding myself about “5 perkara sebelum 5 perkara” tulah. Sihat sebelum sakit. Muda sebelum tua. Lapang sebelum sempit. Kaya sebelum miskin. Hidup sebelum mati. Maybe that will help to motivate me. Huhuhuhuuu..
Okaylah. Enough of me reminding myself. So now, aku nak mengambil kesempatan ini untuk memohon ampun dan maaf dari hujung rambut hingga ke hujung kaki pada semua. Mana-mana yang aku ada hutang, silalah tuntut tanpa rasa segan silu ye. Kalau tak, tolonglah halalkan mana-mana yang patut tu. Moga dengan maaf dan halal tu, lebih berkat Ramadhan aku nanti.
Selamat menyambut bulan yang mulia ini dan moga kita diberikan kesihatan oleh Allah S.W.T. untuk memudahkan kita beribadah dan moga kita semua akan memanfaatkan bulan ini sebaik mungkin. Amin.

Aku plan nak buka puasa dengan kurma je dulu, pastu solat and tunggu lepas terawikh baru makan heavy. Plannnnn... Muehehehe.. Boleh jadik ke tak, tak tau. Yang pasti, kalau makan time buka tu, alamatnya hidayat le bila nak gi terawikh. Nak buat 8 rakaat pun macam nak perang. Dasar sangat kan?
I think I should keep on reminding myself about “5 perkara sebelum 5 perkara” tulah. Sihat sebelum sakit. Muda sebelum tua. Lapang sebelum sempit. Kaya sebelum miskin. Hidup sebelum mati. Maybe that will help to motivate me. Huhuhuhuuu..
Okaylah. Enough of me reminding myself. So now, aku nak mengambil kesempatan ini untuk memohon ampun dan maaf dari hujung rambut hingga ke hujung kaki pada semua. Mana-mana yang aku ada hutang, silalah tuntut tanpa rasa segan silu ye. Kalau tak, tolonglah halalkan mana-mana yang patut tu. Moga dengan maaf dan halal tu, lebih berkat Ramadhan aku nanti.
